The Manager, Service Assurance will be responsible for development of Operations and Support frameworks across for the Carrier Operations Service Management organization to ensure best practices are shared and consistently followed across Managed Services and Support engagements.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve issues, evaluate and improve internal processes, train and develop team, and be the liaison between customer/sales/production. Review accounts receivables and provide appropriate information to corporate ar team.
In this role, the WW Channel Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the sales and delivery program of all Technical Services through channel under the 3D Printing program umbrella.
You will coordinate all efforts of the Delivery teams on a global basis to ensure that services are delivered within agreed-upon scope, schedule and budget and ensure client satisfaction on engagement startup.
Maintain and prepares QAI data and presentations. Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives, often leading a collaborative effort among members of a project team; Assures provision of facility specific QAI information as appropriate.
The Functional Support Lead will work closely with the Service Manager regarding service performance for their own functional area, agreeing action plans with the AMS functional team, as required, to help prioritize incident backlog and develop demand plans for the delivery of service requests, maintenance requests and enhancement requests.
Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas. Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster.
