The Sr. Business Analyst contributes in a lead role to the Sr. Management team in the evaluation, design, development and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes and information systems solutions.
In this role, you will manage the requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification and verification of multiple levels of requirements (business, stakeholder, solution) and support the ongoing management of the requirements.
In this role, you will coordinate and validate all relevant business goals results from work partners in Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to efficiently and accurately pay all Sales incentives through the Sales Compensation system.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members, including executives, managers, IT professionals, and subject matter experts.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with both business & IT project management to help identify, evaluate, prioritize and schedule potential new project work within a portfolio road map.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a working leader for all aspects of wholesale parts discount and rebate structures; develop suite of monthly reports which provide insights to wholesale growth opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing).
