Implements an annual Heart Walk Business plan to maximize revenue, volunteer involvement and build the Walk Brand identity. Builds positive strategic business relationships with key decision makers in the defined market.
The director will develop and execute growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, establish pursuit priorities and develop successful capture plans. The successful applicant will also have the ability to apply entrepreneurial approaches to expand land and air systems markets.
Responsible for fulfilling leasing and move in goals. Maintains a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, and staff personnel. Supervises the sales and marketing personnel at the community.

Lead, and be ultimately responsible for the execution of business development, ongoing business expansion (i.e. cross-sell and up-sell), and successful handoff of newly developed or expanded business to appropriate implementation personnel in such a fashion as to achieve corporate targets of market penetration, revenue and margin metrics, client satisfaction, product and client diversification, and ongoing compliance with regulatory, quality, accreditation, delegation, and contractual requirements of Company products and services;
Works with and through Regional Directors / District Managers to ensure sales performance meets or exceeds annual Company sales and market share objectives. Implements a sales strategy to be executed through the Regional Directors / District Managers. Exercises fiscal control on allocated operating budgets.
