Responsible for the management and operation of all recruitment. including recruitment, screening, and recommendation of qualified candidates for positions within the company including but not limited to maintaining effective recruiting systems, employee files, conducting interviews, administering drug test, licensing, and hiring requirements related to casino regulations
Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource responsibilities including all HR strategy, aspects of employee relations (both hourly and salaried/Union & Non-Union), employee benefits, compensation and employee practices.
Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department; participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems; manage the coordination and execution of workforce planning for the Plant.
