In this role, the selected candidate will provide Quality Systems training orientation to new Associates. Updates orientation materials as needed; provide compliance guidance to Associates at a facility.
In this role, you will participate in performance improvement activities, maintain ongoing clinical knowledge through internal/external training programs, provide interpretation of knowledge and direction to staff.
Assists with and follows-up on non-conformances, investigations, complaints, etc. Assures that issues are resolved in a timely manner and corrective actions are implemented and monitor effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling the role of Quality expert;this is a hands-on position. Ensure the quality of the product meets all customer expectations;quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal cross-functional subject matter experts (Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), Warranty, Social Media, Legal and Consumer Affairs) to synthesize relevant sources of information in the formation of critical performance metrics to identify how consumers are shaping opinions.
