In this role, the selected candidate will provide Quality Systems training orientation to new Associates. Updates orientation materials as needed; provide compliance guidance to Associates at a facility.
Be responsible for direct supervision of clinical staff.Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, selection, and orientation of team members; evaluate their performance relative to job goals/requirements; coach staff and recommends in-service education programs and ensure adherence to internal policies/standards. Manage the assignment of clinical associates.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and facilitate internal audits to determine/assess compliance to SPC, HACCP, Quality Systems, formula control; lead development and implementation of plant GMP, hygiene and sanitation programs.
Review all Medicare and other episodic payers clinical records at the local level to assure appropriate documentation for reimbursement. This review includes verification of appropriate documentation, quality of care provided, visits utilization, appropriate contacts with physicians, adherence to the care plan, and evidence of communication between disciplines.
In this role, you will participate in performance improvement activities, maintain ongoing clinical knowledge through internal/external training programs, provide interpretation of knowledge and direction to staff.
Develop and works with supervisors in all areas such as employee relations, problem solving, setting and achieving goals, manufacturing processes, scheduling, disciplinary action, terminations, equipment problems, etc.
Responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and practices to ensure the safety of all employees by performing as applicable, regular workplace inspections, monthly safety talks, staff meetings, review of accident investigations, correcting unsafe acts or conditions as observed and commending employees on positive health and safety performance.
