In this role, you will be performing and/or leading field investigations, engineering analysis, calculations, and recommendations, design and development of plans and specifications, observation and inspection, and the writing, preparation, and review of related reports for the services provided.
The Project Engineer in this role integrates the various start-up, planning, engineering, scheduling, design, and construction aspects of the MDA Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program in accordance with contractual obligations.
In this role, you will work is performed within an established time frame and ensures that this work is done in conformance with quality work standards, projected man-hours, within established company guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in the practical challenges of executing and sustaining applied analytics efforts, the importance of effective data management and curation as it relates to supporting and enhancing an organizations business processes, and in the fundamentals of effective project management.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide focal point for technical communication within Company management and represents the Company as the prime technical contact to customers and/or government regulatory agencies.
In this role, you will provide feedback to KAI on plans, requirement specifications, analyses, test procedures, test results, trade studies, and verification approaches including Preliminary Design Review (PDR) criteria and documentation.
The Project Engineer will develop, manage, and/or execute all phases of the construction cost control effort or the construction planning/scheduling effort for one or more large, complex and demanding projects.
