Responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and practices to ensure the safety of all employees by performing as applicable, regular workplace inspections, monthly safety talks, staff meetings, review of accident investigations, correcting unsafe acts or conditions as observed and commending employees on positive health and safety performance.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop manufacturing organizational strategies by contributing manufacturing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other business units. Train and mentor team members and identify development needs across the team, working Director to coordinate additional training as needed.
Manage and direct Business transformation activities and initiatives within NAS business units through direct feedback and partnership with Sales, Finance, Product, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Service and Implementation organizations regarding clients' and prospects' feedback.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of associates and management, as well as with the public and outside vendors and investors.
Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMAs), and business development. Understands Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services.
Responsible for developing and implementing tools too effectively and efficiently capture and report various medicare and medicaid data. Contributes information to management to facilitate strategy and decision making regarding government regulated financial matters.
Work to reduce bad debt, legal and fraudulent activity by providing updates to supervisor; work proactively with the Auto Plus sales department in order to anticipate potential account needs, such as credit limit increases.
