The Account Executive Inside Sales is responsible for the achievement of sales quotas, revenue retention, churn mitigation and customer satisfaction. In the support of clients, this employee will spearhead technical, process and billing questions from current customers while completing sales and attending product/technical training sessions.
This role will be responsible for coordinating and leading all aspects of the sales cycle including: prospecting, cold calling, following up on leads, setting appointments, creating needs assessments, ROI analysis, providing and presenting prospects with proposals and contracts, reading buying signals, handling objections, and closing the sale.
This position will also have interaction with Product Marketing, Sales Support and Customer Service teams. Additionally, the inside sales team is highly collaborative, partnering with peers to review account strategies and drive performance
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain current knowledge of market activities, including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting fellow sales representatives with the full sales cycle, dispatching drivers for deliveries and pick-ups, fleet management and providing excellent customer service. This position maintains a close working relationship with all areas of the business sales, parts, service and branch management.
In this role, you will establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
