The Manager, HRIS and Payroll will provide leadership in the planning, implementation and management of Human Resources and Payroll systems and processes in support of accurate, timely and effective Human Resources programs, and support for HR and business strategy.
In this role you will specific areas of responsibility include managing and executing hr initiatives within assigned division including employee relations, performance management, hr compliance, recruiting, training and development as directed by their hr business partner lead.
In this role, the selected candidate will be coordinating all enterprise-wide benefits and wellness communications, including managing the intake process, building and managing all communication plans and schedules.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct plant wide training on applicable topics including sexual harassment, diversity, and employment law; handle complaints, settles disputes, resolves conflicts, and conducts internal investigations.
