The Human Resources Manager/Human Resources Business Partner cultivates partnerships to deliver value-added HR services to leaders and employees of the facility or facilities within a geographic area. The position serves as a consultant to leadership on human resources related issues while acting as an employee champion and change agent.
Responsible for and provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to employee relations, organization development, training, performance evaluations, and special projects as assigned.
In this role, you will provide data and metrics to operational team through utilization of HR system and other sources of key metrics. The selected candidate will lead and facilitate activities that drive employee engagement and retention.
