The Human Resources Business Partner leads the development of organizational strategies to deliver business results for a specified client group(s). The HRBP participates in the overall workforce planning process aimed at aligning talent onboarding and development strategies with key strategic objectives.
In this role, you will understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. The selected candidate will be creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs.
In this role, the selected candidate works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level.
