Lead and supervise a team of engineers as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems; schedule management; make detailed plans to accomplish goals; write performance reviews and solve internal issues.

The candidate will drive resolution through support or execution of lifetime buys, selections of alternate parts, redesign efforts or other mitigation strategies and will facilitate and support contract negotiations, basis of estimates, and supplier statements of work for proposal efforts.
Identify opportunities for improvement in production and productivity, driving solutions and implementation of process modifications to enhance quality, improve profitability and increase customer satisfaction.
Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues and must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends; maintains on-going communication with tenants, clients, owners, facility management team and vendors.
Manage projects to ensure that the projects remain within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality; act as the liaison between the customer and other parties contributing to the project, including other affiliate offices, and external contractors alike.
