The HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR oversees the human resources function (recruitment, retention, orientation, training, compensation/benefits, etc.) of the facility in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Oversee maintenance of accurate and complete internal and external personnel files ensuring that rules concerning confidentiality and retention are followed resulting in organized and consistent personnel files.
The Director will oversee the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services, including employee relations, employment practices, compensation and benefits, recruitment and orientation, training and development, retention, legal compliance and procedures and employee communications.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure company benefits, unemployment, worker's compensation, recruiting, employment screenings, new hire, termination, performance review and credentialing processes are administered in a timely manner resulting in minimal errors, completed tasks and de-escalation of issues in each functional area.
