In this role, the selected candidate will prepare drafts of agreements, amendments, addenda, contractual terms and exhibits that are moderate to complex and those that are non-routine with minimal management oversight or involvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for bidding and negotiating contracts for assigned area with oversight from VP of Procurement. Subject matter expert for value analysis committees meetings. Manages relationships with vendors. Hires, trains, manages and monitors team of contract administrators.
In this role, the selected candidate must be able to perform a variety of functions to administer, monitor and track all contract activity related to but not limited to: T&M, FFP, IDIQ, CPFF, and Task Order contract types; have knowledge of the FAR, DFARs, and other related regulations.
