The Contract Specialist interprets the conditions and terms of contracts including fiscal and legal implications and advises management on all significant procedures and regulations affecting the Contract.
In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide strategic recommendations for challenges encountered in contract administration and support the evaluation of performance measurement baselines (pmbs) as applicable.
In this position, you will draft, review, interpret, and negotiate a variety of contracts and other legal documents with a focus on sales agreements, real estate leases, non-disclosure agreements and other documents with external customers and suppliers
In this role, you will provide review, analysis, guidance and approval of commercial contracts and sales agreements for US based customers. Under general supervision, independently draft, redline and negotiate substantive legal and commercial terms of capital, software and maintenance agreements.
In this role, you will be responsible for identify and mitigate risks connected with terms and conditions and scope of work in the customers contractual documents; seeks to discover unstated needs and expectations and communicates concerns and issues clearly to the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for timely processing of all non-referral source, clinical services, non-clinical services, transfer, agency, affiliation contracts and leases/subleases utilizing Tenet standard contract templates and then archiving in eCATS.
