Establish strategy for routine communication touchpoints (virtual and in person town hall meetings, conference calls, focus groups, emails, intranet communications, employee events, etc.) and support execution of communications strategy.
Will create communications methods/methodology to drive performance in a way that is aligned with the companys strategic goals, while reinforcing the companys vision, values, employer brand, engagement and workplace culture.
Responsible for leading the communication all program information, both internally and externally, using a series of vehicles/tools and channels to aid in the delivery of pertinent Program information.
Develop an effective working relationship with the Groups Head of Communications (GHoC) whose brief is to ensure that communications throughout the group are executed to a high professional standard and are aligned with the corporate narrative.
Understand how to work with designers to integrate sophisticated graphic and visual imagery in collateral material; acquire the business and technical knowledge needed to provide effective communications advice and realisable plans, processes and activities.
