Responsible for leading the communication all program information, both internally and externally, using a series of vehicles/tools and channels to aid in the delivery of pertinent Program information.
Develop an effective working relationship with the Groups Head of Communications (GHoC) whose brief is to ensure that communications throughout the group are executed to a high professional standard and are aligned with the corporate narrative.
Coordinate, manage and facilitate all EWS organizational engagements, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, conference attendance, etc. Develop an overall strategy for organizational engagement opportunities, create and manage to an ongoing cadence and timeline, identify session charters and agendas, and manage session logistics, action items, and follow-up.
Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other business units. Train and mentor team members and identify development needs across the team, working Director to coordinate additional training as needed.
