Candidate will work with the Terminal Facilities Planning group supporting business case processes using the Terminal Facilities Planning groups internal business case process, and working with AFI-100 to resolve any comments or questions.
Acting as single-point-of-contact for problem escalation and resolution, monitoring progress on problem resolutions, and initiating feedback to management and the customer, as well as performing customer follow-up to verify final resolution and determine satisfaction level.
Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audit procedures performed by our external auditor, including responding to auditor information requests, providing supporting workpapers and discussing significant fluctuations.
Develop and maintain the project plan by producing summary status reports, issuing monthly projections, and change orders, change proposals/pricing for both the owner and the subcontractor(s), creating/monitoring pay applications and cash flow in an effort to manage the budget.
The Ballistic Missile Defense Trainer will need to be a subject matter expert (SME) in all aspects of current operational Ballistic Missile Defense tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP), to include designing, reviewing and delivering expert academic and operational instruction in BMD systems to fleet personnel.
Works with leadership, Talent Management peers, and Corporate HR organizations to identify opportunities to improve employee and management engagement, promoting the use of the right tools and resources.
Primarily responsible for conducting the external financial reporting process which includes preparing the consolidated financial statements and footnotes using Workiva Wdesk to ensure timely delivery of financial information to the SEC (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, etc), executive management, the board of directors, our lenders and other relevant parties (including management of XBRL).
Generate demand and accelerate pipeline through effective planning and execution of marketing activities, programs and campaigns including the relevant use of account-based marketing, data-driven marketing, inside marketing, digital marketing, events, etc.
