The Contracts Compliance and Training Manager Senior maximizes the effectiveness and efficiency of DI Contracts functions by providing strategic support for the design, implementation, and training of processes for the Contracts team, and by conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with contract procedures, operating practices, and functional performance standards.
In this role, you will conducts research into new training; educational; and multimedia technologies. Coordinates the development and delivery of complex training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
In this role, you will leverage industry proven frameworks and drive the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/SAFE) to focus on predictable, quality delivery and driving continuous improvement of the organization.
The Call Center Training Manager shall work closely with the other MACS-OCC managers to ensure staffs are well trained and shall continually assess any needed skills or deficiencies in the work performed by the MACS-OCC staff, and shall be responsive to the client.

leadership development and program management: much of your role will be to work with leaders and managers to develop and deliver comprehensive leadership and people manager programs.
Develop, organize, deliver, or procure technical training courses for company employees or customers. Prepare course materials, maintain a technical resource library, and keep records of training activities.
