you will be responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.
Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Responsible for preparation of responses to state tax related correspondence received from taxing authorities. Assist in the validation of various deferred tax items in connection with the annual tax basis balance sheet study.
This position is responsible for assisting the Tax Manager with various tax filing and reporting obligations of the Firm including VAT, sales and use tax, personal property tax and tax residency certifications as well as assisting with data collection and review of materials for the Firms US federal and state returns as needed.
