In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administration functions, setting up accounts, facilitating onboarding with account requests with customer, script creation, integration configuration.
In this role, you will work with engineering, Security, and Service Transition staff, as well as the customer, to configure the Test Lab for execution of customer-specific Use Cases or Test Plans, including connectivity to Customer LAN, WAN, or CAN
Maintain/Perform active directory administration; account creation and management, and group policy creation in a Windows Server 2012/2016 environment (in accordance with operating system STIGs that will aid in complying with DoD DIACAP standards).

2+ years experience in the implementation and technical support of multi-platform, multi-system networks (CISCO and UNIX or Linux-based hardware platforms) including diagnosing network performance shortcomings and designing and implementing performance improvements.
