Provide oversight of compliance function for proper accounting treatment of expenses, cost allocation, and distinguishing allowable and allowable costs across the Federal Services Practice per Firm Policies and Procedures and Supplemental Policies and Procedures promulgated by the Federal Services Practice.
The ideal candidate will understand all phases and aspects of federal government business development and capture management, including: teaming strategies, business negotiations, as well as the ability to recognize and act upon opportunities within the associated market sectors.
In this role, you will focus the majority of their time deepening relationships by connecting customers to sales specialists and offering appropriate financial solutions and services to both individual and small business clients.
Primary responsibilities will include planning and implementing business plans to expand existing and new company branded business within specific retail grocery accounts or within specific markets (i.e. Managing promotions, account customer service, pricing).
The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible developing, overseeing and executing marketing and business development programs. There is a focus on building market visibility and growing the existing business base for the Health Practice Group.

Manage the SOW & provide status updates to clients for the work sold; forecast and manage resource requirement optimally; participate in, design, shape and execute sales and revenue plans for accounts and solicit stake holder buy in.
