The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for conducting technical pre-sales activities. Pre-sales activities will include conducting onsite and remote technical sales presentations, product evaluations, commpetitive analysis, and defining customer requirements. This will require working collaboratively with all stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction and increased revenue.
Ensures that all architectural artifacts and deliverables in the responsibility areas are developed to the highest quality standards; provides technical leadership and effectively communicates with all levels of management.
Design, develop, deploy, and operate digital systems, applications, and products in the private, public, or hybrid Cloud using microservices and monolithic architectures and Agile and DevOps practices.
Contribute to the design of innovative integration of Cyber security tool sets to enable more automated discovery, remediation, and alerting of network and device vulnerabilities, as a means of improving the security posture while reducing manpower requirements
Design innovative solutions to address challenges and build those solutions on the Salesforce platform; present customized story-driven demonstrations aligned with key business value and solution differentiation.
