The Schedule Management Analyst will work collaboratively with a diverse team of IT and project management professionals; will hold responsibility for the process improvement and change management side of scheduling, along with other key areas outlined below.
Design and maintain an integrated master schedule (IMS) to meet evolving customer needs. Complete systems engineering tasks related to build out of schedule details. Integrate with architecture and requirements team to maintain enterprise baseline.
Assist project teams with building baseline schedules and performing schedule updates as required. Review baseline schedules and schedule updates for compliance to minimum standards and best practices.

Support monthly updates of corporate financial planning system (BPS), support Five Year and Annual planning efforts, cost planning and expenditure tracking, funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Manager and Finance Manager utilizing standard company tools and in compliance with standard processes.
In this role, you will support a mission critical enterprise software development project. You will be a dedicated and active member of the team, responsible for scheduling, presentations, and management data analysis.
Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, including contracts, facilities planning, finance, logistics, property management, purchasing and/or security.
The Program Scheduler will work within a functional team that includes project/program managers, risk management specialists, budgeting specialists, and other critical staff members; develop and maintain integrated master schedules, along with their supporting sub-schedules.
Develop schedules that include project phasing, project milestones, and represent critical relationships between program tasks as required to plan, coordinate, and visualize all significant program activities.
