In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a formal client retention and client satisfaction strategy; build relationships with new customers and increase company's market share in the region (including groups such as risk management associations, trade associations, CPAs, wealth advisors).
Coordinate pricing and service configuration functions with the appropriate vice president, controller and sales manager and develops prospect list of qualified leads and performs preliminary research to identify clients need and goals.
Oversee efforts in their region to reach out to selected constituencies, including people of color, religious communities, youth, and others. Develop strategic partnerships with other organizations and groups to support HRCs outreach and increase HRCs visibility.
The Regional Business Director (RBD) is the leader of the sales team and is accountable for implementing and directing Intercepts regional sales objectives and for Intercepts regional product portfolio performance.
