In this role, you will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assessment ( SETA ) and subject matter expertise ( SME ) for delivering US BICES / US BICES - X intelligence information sharing capabilities and services to DoD and operational commanders on a global basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for quotation activities, negotiations, documentation write-up, selecting qualified suppliers, seeking alternate suppliers (when applicable), supplier negotiations (price, schedules and terms & conditions, to include software licenses), and post-award management in accordance with company directives and work instructions.
