The candidate will analyze the Sprint supply chain process from project funding to shipment to site and provide recommendations and solutions to improve the overall project to minimize supply issues and delays.
In this role, the selected candidate will obtain and review competitive quotes from vendors and discuss evaluations with requesters; prepare purchase orders to procure supplies, and services using proper purchasing procedures.
In this role, you will manage strategic sourcing category strategy development ensuring alignment across the enterprise for health commodities. Leads the development of acquisition strategies that incorporate demand, spend, and logistics components into supplier contracts that enable flexibility, on time delivery, quality at lowest cost. Negotiates and awards long-term globally pooled contracts for commodity group.
