This individual will be working directly with the firm's managing partner and will be responsible for scheduling, reviewing correspondence, greeting guests, assisting with firm billing, maintaining the firm's office supplies and handling travel.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in real estate law, preferably in a law firm environment; strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Perform this job successfully, the incumbent must possess strong organizational skills and the abilities or aptitudes to proficiently perform each of the responsibilities and account abilities described above, with or without reasonable accommodation.
In this role, you will be responsible for drafting pleadings, assisting with discovery, trial prep and attending trial. This individual must also know how to Blue Book and cite check. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys attending trial.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate independently in reviewing, negotiating and drafting high value software licenses and services agreements, including enterprise on-premises licenses, managed services, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud, consulting, NDA, RFP, subcontracts and related agreements in support of Symantecs enterprise sales and channels organizations.
In this role, you will assist in the execution, distribution and storage of contracts and documents; prepare powers of attorney, secretarys certificates, incumbency certificates and similar instruments.
