In this role, the selected candidate will have audit functions, including reviewing UNIX and Windows system logs, network monitoring, such as analyzing network traffic for anomalies, inspecting Web application logs, and correlating events across various logging mechanisms.
In this role, the selected candidate will utilize industry standard monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as IBM Netcool, HPNA, VitalSuite and Tivoli TNPM to monitor networking equipment, circuits, firewalls and associated network components providing global WAN connectivity.
In this role, you will responsible for the analysis and triage of network anomalies that should be considered Events of Interest (EOI). Will provide basic assessment of the anomaly; designate it as an EOI and coordinate response with CND response team.

In this role, you will design and development of information processing systems, intelligent agents, decision support systems, database structure and mining, applications of parallel and distributed computing and the design software to use such systems.
In this role, you will conduct network monitoring and intrusion detection analysis using various Computer Network Defense (CND) tools, such as Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Firewalls, Host Based Security System (HBSS), etc.
