Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing an overall marketing strategy and tactics. The role of a marketing coordinator is to support the goals and mission of management and the sales team including incorporating requirements into a successful marketing strategy.
In this role, you will assist in ensuring performance and fiduciary adherence of regional marketing, advertising, resident retention and communication performance through budgeting, developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans for the assigned portfolio of properties.

Reviews marketing material specifications and acts as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
The Marketing Coordinator, Communications and Editorial is responsible for coordinating external and internal client-facing communication projects, including processing news alerts and publications, creating advertising copy, reviewing marketing collateral (both website and intranet) and event content. The coordinator operates in support of the Firm's content marketing initiatives, both independently and under direct supervision.
