Reviews marketing material specifications and acts as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, including: generating campaign ideas, and pitching to the rest of the Marketing team; scoping and managing execution; creating content; launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns; tracking and reporting on marketing analytics, with an emphasis on providing actionable insights.
The SE Region Marketing Coordinator will work under the direction of the Positioning Manager to assist in the organization and development of communications material to support regional marketing efforts.
