Anticipates needs of the Managing Director for meetings, including creating agendas. coordinating briefings with the Research team, providing other substantive background information as needed, and organizing materials.
Develop and enhance key solutions that align with industry trends and leverage the capabilities and experience of the organization; develop short-and long-term vision and strategic plans for Service Line that aligns with business unit and corporate goals.
Demonstrates strong financial planning skill set; develops plan to meet short, medium and long-term client goals. Able to construct and deliver customized portfolio advice along with specific investment recommendations.
The Managing Director is the main point of contact for all field programs under his/ her assigned portfolio. Under the oversight of the Country Programs Director, s/he works with the team of other Managing Directors to provide leadership and management direction for country programs, to design, implement and align technical strategies, and to ensure the programs in his/her portfolio have the resources to meet their deliverables in line with approved budgets.
The Business Services and Outsourcing (BSO) Managing Director provides overall direction and oversight for the BSO Practice, including business development, practice development and client management. The BSO Managing Director is expected to collaborate with firm leadership on overall approach and direction of the BSO Practice to ensure consistency with overall firm philosophy.
The Litigation & Fraud Investigation Managing Director is responsible for working with a team of Managing Directors to develop a practice and develop strategies for compliance related deliverables and administer programs to develop the skills and professional growth of the professionals within the Litigation practice.
