In this role, you will develop and maintains effective relationships with Clinic leaders in order to anticipate needs and successfully align HR and staffing strategies with business unit goals and overall Clinic objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with tactical HR functions such as; staffing, compensation, I-9 compliance and labor relations; assist with organizational development, training, faculty and staff assistance and benefits.
The selected candidate will develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
The director of Human Resources is responsible for short and long term planning of the HR function. This means leading strategically and tactically in the areas of workforce planning, recruitment and staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, associate and labor relations, benefits, workforce training and development and local diversity initiatives.
