The HR Executive develop and execute tactical plans at the business unit level to achieve strategic objectives, and combines strong organizational development skills and change management skills with core HR skills (staffing, compensation, associate relations) to help the business achieve its objectives.

In this role, the selected candidate must have working knowledge of medical information systems, medical claims payment process, medical terminology and coding, case management practices, managed care, and Medicaid programs.
In this role, you will provide recruiting support including; reviewing, posting and tracking job description on applicable websites, provides preliminary screening of applicants for compliance, preparing applicant packages for component review, tracking applicant package status, providing reports and metrics on recruiting processes, communicating with applicants and employees to arrange appointments, and collecting, inputting, and disbursing information.
In this role, you will provides a wide range of strategic HR consultative services to senior leaders, managers, physicians and employees. Helps establish the organizational culture and climate in which managers and employees prosper by negotiating, persuading and influencing senior leaders, managers, work groups and individuals on a variety of work environment issues.
In this role, you will provide direction for the bu's in the area of strategic hr planning and operations. Partner with gvps and managers to provide a broad range of hr consultation, solutions and services to the bus.
