This position is responsible for involving sponsored projects, preparation and delivery of training for staff and research community, policy and procedure review, website management, oversight of customer support system, and oversight of compliance testing. This also includes responsibility for the accurate and timely financial reporting of all sponsored projects.
Participate in analyzing issues and future needs to identify projects that support the business strategic plan, achieve business goals and objectives, and/or improve or streamline functions. Monitor daily operations and provide direction to and assist subordinate staff. May operate cross-functionally within the organization.
Manage a team engaged in compiling, reviewing, and/or transmitting accurate financial results internally to the firm points of contact or externally to regulatory bodies (e.g., FHFA, SEC) for inclusion in board reports, news releases, and public financial reporting. Hire, manage, train, develop, and evaluate staff.
