In this role, you will be responsible for proper operation and maintenance of all facilities related assets including buildings, grounds, electrical distribution systems, utility systems, security and our Ammonia controls systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage day-to-day activities related to facilities and office services such as receptionist services, mail and shipping, printing services, automobile fleet, space planning and employee moves, building maintenance, furniture and equipment maintenance.
The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with the delivery of quality facility management services.
In this role, you will organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks. Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
In this role, you will be responsible for
the operational integrity, commissioning and regulatory compliance of the electrical power, mechanical, monitoring and control systems, and the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way for a highly available, concurrently maintainable, fault tolerant Enterprise Class Data Center.
In this role, the selected candidate will implement Maintenance Quality and inspection Program; perform Work Order Audits; coordinate equipment down activities, and initiate incident reports and follow-up activities.
