Assist in developing recruitment strategies to achieve required NLSC staffing levels. Develop specific plans for identification and recruiting of NLSC employees- called members; who are knowledgeable; if not representative; of multi-cultural groups in the United States and possess foreign language capabilities.
As the Technical Recruiter/Talent Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process to include: working closely with managers to assess staffing needs and ensuring that requisitions are opened efficiently, managing our candidate database and serving as the talent advisor in support of hiring managers and business development.
