In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical (break/fix), management, and administration support of primarily Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Unified Contact Center Express (UCCE) with other Cisco IP Telephony/IP Contact Center applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Front End and Middle Tier development experience in the Microsoft Stack as well as background in developing web applications with an enterprise level .NET content management system i.e. Sitecore, Ektron or EPIServer.
In this role you will also be required to provide routing and switch, firewall, wireless, and load balancing support. Candidate should have overall experience in support of large enterprise networks with understanding of the design, build, and operational functions of complex ip environments from the physical installation to the finished network.
The selected candidate will work with the Industrial Engineering staff to develop schedules for construction projects, integrate individual schedules into a master schedule, use the master schedule to schedule resources, update schedules on a weekly basis, and provide management with feedback on schedule compliance.
In this role, you will include working with the team to establish procedures to solve complex problems regarding system equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and output; preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written as well as designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting newly written programs.
The perfect candidate will have experience working with Linux, preferably in large scale, distributed environments; and be conversant with networking and distributed architecture topics. You will have enthusiasm for digging deep and a flare for sharp technical communication, prioritization, and organization.
In this role, you will support engineers not only work a broad spectrum of technical issues but may also coach/mentor new hires, develop and present training, partner with development teams on complex issues or contact deflection initiatives, participate in recruiting, write tools / script to help the team, or work with leadership on process improvement or strategic initiatives.
The developer would be part of a group that designs, develops and maintains .NET products across web-based user interfaces, middleware applications, services, and customizations to third party applications including SharePoint.
