Build relationships with market clients, leadership, and key executives. Oversee the technical delivery of complex integration efforts, manage deliverables, interface with clients and staff, and manage program financials, schedules, and risk items.
Works with the development group to ensure that the system is developed according to the specification detailed in the requirements documents; provide clarifications and any additional detail necessary to about the requirements.
Responsible for duties including, but not limited to resolving contractor issues, creating and maintaining all compliance documentation, maintaining the contractor management plan, as well as managing and reporting on project related items, such as cost, schedule, risk, and performance.
The Project Manager will lead a team of Analysts providing continuous monitoring support, threat analysis, testing and review of security controls, as well as developing new System Security Plans (SSPs) for internal/external applications and organizational common controls based on applicable security control baselines.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual; cost; and schedule objectives are met; interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Participate in the analysis of highly complex business requirements and contribute to solid project plans which clearly articulate critical milestones, resource allocations, and communication plans necessary to empower the business to achieve its goals.
Working with multiple internal divisions to support the Business Process Management (BPM) program by facilitating teams to reengineer core processes, engineer new processes, and identify process improvements.
