The individual is responsible for defining and supporting the project data architecture standards. He or she will provide Oracle and SQL Server database administration and be responsible for updates to/maintenance of database tables, indices, structures, and other components.
The candidate shall provide analytics support to analyze workforce data; establish and refine data model(s) and accompanying data structures where needed to consistently capture and report composition; and establish data models to support executive-level decision making, scenario planning, and strategy development.
This person will perform complex operational tasks that include support of various types of applications used in a web infrastructure, analysis of the root cause of any problem issues, resolution of any application problems, and escalation of any irresolvable issues to the vendor as necessary.
Perform assignments that are broad in nature that require originality and ingenuity, work with appreciable latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions, and report to the lead or top technical specialist level.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience with meta data creation, management and governance inside and outside a tool; experience working with accounting SMEs and other non-technical personnel.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining an enterprise-class data model. As part of this effort, they also reverse engineer complex new datasets, providing documentation to developers instructing how to map these new datasets to the existing model.
