The Director, Marketing Strategy and Communications is responsible for the SHRM brand as it relates to creating engagement between SHRM and members/nonmembers through marketing programs. This role will shape SHRMs marketing communications strategy and drive the activation of values and needs based segmentation. The Director will act as the key agency lead with Agency of Record (AOR) to ensure that SHRMs marketing strategy and objectives are aligned with agency engagement.
In this role, the selected candidate must have n experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics. PR Experience a plus; expertise in all major business software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
In this role, you will promot industry product categories, CTAs member divisions and executing related activities; disseminating information to media and other key audiences regarding CTA, its members industry trends and the consumer technology industry.

The Deputy Director of Communications and Public Affairs is a key member of the communications team, tasked with driving engagement of media, as well as other key stakeholder groups that include members, employees, and opinion elites.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as media spokesperson and coach leaders within the franchise; collaborate and work closely with Patient Advocacy, Medical and Commercial as well as corporate and government affairs teams.
