Develop and lead the successful execution of cross-functional enablement programs for the global public sector technical teams (professional services, solution architects, and business development teams).
The Account Manager shall be dedicated to the performance and operations related to the Contractorâs obligation for all functions of the contract, including the authority to make decisions and resolve problems on behalf of the Contractor. The Account Manager works in conjunction with the Project Director and Operations Manager to deliver high quality, large scale, multi-channel, enterprise contact center services.
In this role, you will focus the majority of their time deepening relationships by connecting customers to sales specialists and offering appropriate financial solutions and services to both individual and small business clients.
Primary responsibilities will include planning and implementing business plans to expand existing and new company branded business within specific retail grocery accounts or within specific markets (i.e. Managing promotions, account customer service, pricing).
Support two-way communication between product and distribution channels to ensure a dialogue is maintained in the spirit of enhancing execution and productivity while also providing best in class solutions to our clients.
Develop and cultivate relationships with technical specialists, subject-matter experts, and professional writers to contribute to technical solution designs, reviews, and analysis of proposals and business development strategy within the practice.
As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact for one or more customers helping to plan, debug, and oversee ongoing operations of business critical applications.
