In this role, you will develop, communicate, and monitor location and individual objectives and consumer knowledge of brands and services, ensuring that they are in line with overall corporate objectives.
Plans, controls and directs the activities of branch personnel towards attainment of branch goals, including sales, client service and proper credit quality and risk management. Responsible for all aspects of assigned branches ensuring that all positions are fully functional and aware of individual roles and responsibilities.
The main purpose of this position is to promote Scottrades mission of helping clients overcome barriers to financial success. Branch Managers execute on this mission by leading their sales team in needs-based interactions, supervising proactive sales activities, and developing a highly motivated team that puts the clients needs first while growing the organizations footprint in their respective area of influence.
Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including individual expectations for outside business development. Builds a high performing team through the attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members.
