Provides expert consultation on the design, development, communication, and implementation of high quality benefits and wellness programs, policies, and procedures that are in alignment with the firms strategic objectives. Assesses trends, utilization and costs, recommending and employing cost containment strategies.
Responsible for the strategy, design, implementation and communication of all retirement, health, dental, COBRA, Life, Disability, Flex Spending Accounts, FMLA program and voluntary benefit programs for the company.
The Manager in Compensation will need to apply a comprehensive knowledge of compensation principles to a variety of complex situations. This position will plan, conduct, lead and provide oversight of projects and tasks to other compensation positions.
The main objective for the Manager of Global Incentive Compensation will be to support the review of line of business incentive compensation programs and the design of new incentive compensation plans.
Ensures all company-sponsored plans, including their design and changes, are in compliance with all relevant legal requirements including HIPPA, Section 125, discrimination testing and ERISA reporting and disclosure requirements.
Responsible for managing, planning and analyzing the operations of companys group health & welfare and retirement benefit programs while ensuring that excellent customer service and quality benefit plans are provided to all employees.
