The Patent Staff Attorney will analyze Patent Office actions and prepare responses, conduct interviews with Patent Office examiners and other patent prosecution-related activity; as well as assist in formulating and preparing infringement and validity opinions and providing legal advice as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate should have day-to-day experience counseling public companies, including with respect to corporate governance matters; strong academic background, client management skills and superior drafting and negotiation skills.

In this role you will independently, draft, review and negotiate various types of agreements including services agreements, license agreements, service orders, joint product agreements, vendor agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
