Directly and indirectly supervise staff members in developing, implementing and executing campus recruiting plans to meet client needs. Review and approve plans, work products and communications when needed.
Manage and build multi-channel marketing programs for our Cyber team, including assisting Senior Director in messaging, digital demand generation programs, social media content, web content, webinars, blog content, thought leadership, event support, and marketing and sales collateral.
Coach and supervise student interns, affiliated Jewish student organizations and volunteer leaders through leadership seminars, one-on-one meetings and cultivating a community that is caring, diverse, pluralistic, welcoming and actively inclusive.
Develop and maintain employer relationships and work actively to promote on-campus and remote recruitment of students by a variety of employers in accordance with employer & experiential development plan.
