Responsible for establishing staffing requirements, conducting interviews, new hire process and training of new employees. Responsible for employee accountability and adherence to franchise system standards & policies.
In this role, you will meets or exceeds company sales metrics by gaining profitable business; tracking relevant productivity metrics and adjusting activity; and seeking coaching to continually improve business acumen and professional capability.
Support the efforts of Housing and Residence Lifes student leadership organizations including, but not limited to, RHA (Residence Hall Association), NRHH ( National Residence Hall Honorary), and RAA (the Resident Advisor Association);
Review and supervise routine or recurring period (monthly, quarterly, annual) journal entries with financial supporting schedules and documentation while maintaining accuracy, internal controls and protocols.
Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Plans and executes marketing strategies and programs based on a deep familiarity and understanding of the customer's products, markets and strategic goals.
Partner with the senior team members to identify the clients key initiatives, providing solutions to ensure our C-level client base and their teams receive value against the services they have purchased.
