As Technical Support Analyst, you will work to support the technology presence at the institution, recommend or perform complex or remedial actions, correct problems using remote diagnostic and remediation technology and tools and other similar duties.
Participate in design-level discussions to provide recommendations on document and artifact deliverables based upon analysis of administrative, technical, and management aspects of information systems and associated services.
In this role, you will create and execute test plans based on requirements. Work fluidly with application developers, database developers and product owner on a daily basis. Relate to software developers and DBAs on technical level.
