In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the integrity of accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
As a Senior Accountant you will contribute to the Investment Accounting and Reporting team within the Chief Accounting Officers organization by supporting the accurate investment accounting and financial reporting processes of invested assets on a GAAP, Statutory, SEC, Management, and Tax basis.
The role will be expected to communicate with various counterparts and upper management regarding regulatory accounting issues or concerns as they arise, be responsible for several monthly and quarterly financial reporting schedules.
The Senior Consolidations Accountant will manage the consolidation of a large multinational privately owned corporation and provide accurate and timely accounting information for all assigned businesses and activities and contribute to the ongoing improvement, expansion, and automation of the companys accounting procedures and systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for the accounting for Inventory-related transactions associated with cost, quantity, and system reconciliation. The selected candidate will coordinate cycle counts and record related transactions and correcting entries.
In this role, the selected candidate will review the operating properties ledgers and follow up with management personnel with any questions or comments; tie-out the third party property management company balances to the CK system balances.
