Sales experience in territory, multifamily sales experience or construction sales a plus, supply chain management, high energy, professional, relationship selling, social, multi-tasker, attention to detail.
As a Territory Sales Rep, you will be prospecting in the field for new prospects as well as building existing relationships (home office); presentations are via face to face client meetings as well as presenting proposals and RFPs. Ideal candidates will need to be able to present to small as well as large clients.
The role will require the maintenance of existing accounts and a targeted and driven focus of new customer acquisitions across the given region. The role will involve travel and carry aggressive sales targets and quarterly objectives.
