Responsible for the recruitment and placement of salaried personnel as defined by the staffing process. This includes building strong relationships with HR and internal hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, collaborating with the sourcing/administrative team, screening and referring qualified candidates and ensuring full compliance with the staffing process.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with internal clients to assist them with all staffing needs (sourcing strategy, developing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, candidate closing and negotiations, etc).
The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize workload and to develop an organize recruitment strategy and process flow. He/She will also be expected to manage workbench and competing demands while transitioning candidates to hires.
