The Program Manager directs customer support services, purchasing, warehouse management and other contract compliance activities, confer with customers on programs performance and evaluate areas for improvement and expanded services.

In this role, the selected candidate will work directly with the business and IT teams to implement solutions to satisfy various business challenges and objectives; develop project plans including timelines and resource allocation and drives team to adhere to plan.
The Project Manager supports our Client Services & Support IT team working closely with our largest institutional clients. This resource will manage and coordinate the delivery of a project including work plan, schedule, risk / issues, and budget using project management tools and techniques.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the overall project including the customizations, interface, printing, and reports. The selected candidate will manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience working with and managing cross functional resources and vendors (Vendor Management); knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
