The Agile Project Manager (APM) is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
In this position, youll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
Serve in a lead role to initiate, implement, manage, and communicate project plans for strategic initiatives including merger and acquisition activity, partner development, and other enterprise projects.
Represent Graycor as the clients primary contact. Openly and confidently communicate with all other parties involved with the project, establishing trust and rapport with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Creates and maintains project management plans and project schedules; schedules tasks, identifies dependencies, establishes deadlines and creates milestones for all stakeholders and resources. Revises plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation. Ensures project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards.
